We have experienced significant operational problems with our website, wholesale orders site and emails between midday Friday 27th November and 6.30 am Monday 30th November 2015. We sincerely apologize to our customers who have been directly affected by these problems.
During an upgrade we have experienced an issue that caused our services to go offline. The issue has taken longer than expected to resolve, but all of our systems are now fully operational.
Unfortunately we have not been able to receive emails between midday Friday 27th November and 6.30 am Monday 30th November 2015 and should you have sent any during that time we would highly appreciate if you could please re-send them to us.
